Cheam House is an 8 bed specialist supported living service for adult males with autism based in the heart of Cheam Town in Sutton.
It is located metres from the main high-street and is a five-minute walk from Cheam Train Station. It has off street car parking for visitors and staff.
The service promotes individuals leaving hospital settings to be supported in developing their independent living skills. All bedrooms are en-suite and are 15 square metres in size.
The service provides a highly specialist ‘in the community option’ that meets the needs of adult males with Autism, preventing the need for out-of-area placements and enables individuals to be repatriated to their home area. Where an individual is assessed as requiring personal care this is delivered by our CQC registered provider, Community Living Ltd.
Kenbury House is a collection of six 2-bed and one 3-bed purpose built apartments located in Denmark Hill, London.
The apartments benefit from direct access to an on-site day centre service offering educational and therapeutic activities and social spaces.
The service can support individuals on a single tenancy basis should they be unable to co-habit. The service supports adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Where an individual is assessed as requiring support with their personal care, then this is delivered by our CQC registered provider, Community Living Kenbury House Ltd.
Knight’s Hill House is a collection of nine 2-bed and four 1-bed purpose built apartments located in West Norwood, London.
The apartments benefit from direct access to an on-site health and fitness centre with tennis courts, squash courts, gym, fitness studios and café.
The service can support individuals on a single tenancy basis should they be unable to co-habit. The service supports adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Where an individual is assessed as requiring support with their personal care, then this is delivered by our CQC registered provider, Community Living Knights Hill Ltd.
Balance Care operate across the North West of England and support adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and complex care. They offer individuals support in the heart of communities and are CQC licensed.
